The Position

Reporting into the Managing Director the Trainee Team Manager will be part of a successful branch based in the West Yorkshire area.  The position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of temporary recruitment to lead an experienced team.  Strong sales, negotiation and leadership skills are pivotal to the role, as is responsibility for staff coaching and development. The position offers a dedicated development programme to become Branch Manager as well as the opportunity to add value and ideas to a business that has exciting plans ahead.

The Successful Candidate

Will possess and provide a proven track record of achievement within the recruitment sector and either be experienced in leading a team or understand the fundamentals of team management.  The position would suit an experienced consultant who is seeking an exciting next step in their career, and is willing to commit to a 2 year development plan that will include managerial status and the rewards that go with it.  The successful candidate must possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problem solve and adapt to change within a constantly evolving environment.

Branch opens from 7.30am to 5.30pm during term time with a shift system to ensure all business opportunities are seized, hours reduce during school holidays and 6 weeks leave is given, not to be taken in term time.
