The Position

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has now become available to work as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on Sales & Marketing positions within medical and scientific arenas. As a Recruitment Consultant working closely with the Team Manager who has developed the sector, you will have responsibility for managing the whole recruitment cycle, conducting contingency searches, cold calling, marketing candidates and constantly networking to carve your niche within an interesting a buoyant market.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally be of graduate calibre and already have experience of recruitment or be in a telesales role, looking to the recruitment sector. The successful candidate must possess drive, ambition and be hungry to succeed, understanding the hard work required to make a sale within an environment that is proactive and evolving. You must be able to build strong working relationships with clients and candidates, proving evidence of business generation and demonstrate an articulate, professional manner.
