An exciting trainee position within a rapidly growing organisation

The Position

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working within a rapidly growing Social Care organisation you will responsible for driving new business and complimenting existing team through the placement of social care professionals within local authorities and master vendor contracts. The position is incredibly sales focused and target orientated, although candidate and client relationships are at the heart of the position and crucial to the future success of the role.

The Person

Ideally of graduate calibre the successful candidate must enjoy working within a fast paced environment and possess an enthusiasm for sales and achieving results. The successful candidate must also be tenacious, articulate and proactive in approach, able to work well in a team and understand the importance of compliance and procedures within an environment that is heavily regulated.
