The Job

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in Dubai, you will be responsible for placing engineering & construction professionals into full time position across the Middle East. Managing the full recruitment life cycle, you be will be trained to drive new business, generate candidates, interview candidates and develop client relationships to fulfil business needs.

The Person

Would ideally be a high achieving graduate who is either seeking their first career position or already possesses sales experience and is looking to enter the recruitment sector. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, competitive achievements, ambition and astute commercial acumen. The desire and availability to live and work in Dubai for at least 12 months is also essential and research into the area will certainly be expected if selected for interview.
