The Job

As Trainee Consultants you will be inducted into a highly sales focused culture, learning the methodology from the ground up.  You will be trained and performance managed to achieve results, ultimately responsible for the full recruitment cycle. You will initiate and develop client relationships, work with talented candidates who require new roles and identify business opportunities through leads and blue sky thinking, placing IT and Engineering professionals into contracted and permanent roles.

The Person

May already have experience of recruitment or be in a telesales and relish the opportunity to enter the sector.  The successful candidate must possess drive, ambition and be hungry to succeed, understanding the hard work required to make a sale within an environment that is proactive and structured. You must also be able to be build strong working relationships with clients, proving evidence of business generation from cold.
