A privately owned, rapidly growing healthcare recruitment company that supplies healthcare professionals to the NHS  and Private sector 24hours per day, 7 days a week.  The company has seen unprecedented growth since conception in early 2008 and as such as seeking Recruitment Consultants to join the team and reap the rewards of hard work and business growth.

The Position

As a Trainee Healthcare Consultant you will be responsible for the permanent and temporary placement of healthcare professionals across the UK.  Responsible for researching, understanding and developing your market you will adopt a proactive approach to source candidates, build excellent working relationships and identify vacancies, ultimately matching the two.   You will manage the full recruitment process, strive to hit targets and build a profitable desk within this buoyant and competitive market place.

The Successful Candidate

Will be a true sales professional, ideally with healthcare experience although experience from any other recruitment sector would certainly be considered.  You will be an excellent negotiator and influencer, proactive and able to identify business opportunities to achieve results.  You will also be an excellent communicator, able to establish rapport quickly and successfully operate within a fast paced sales environment.
