The Position

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will closely with your line manager learning the marker drivers and specialisms within your sector.  You will be trained to understand the full recruitment process, learning how to client manage, win new business, interview candidates, write adverts, headhunt and control the full recruitment process.  You will build a network of clients and contacts as your knowledge grows progressing to full Recruitment Consultant within a 6 month timescale.  As a Recruitment Consultant you will be charged with winning new business, quantifiable through fee generation and an annual target, you will be able to influence your performance through your own proactivity and determination.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally be of graduate calibre and have a genuine interest in entering the recruitment market.  You will be naturally inquisitive with an aptitude for sales and building relationships, perhaps already having experience of a sales environment.  Excellent communication skills, an intelligent approach and desire to learn are also qualities highly valued and in return you with be part of a quality focused organisation, with an excellent reputation and position within a competitive yet lucrative market.
