Unique opportunity to join one of the largest health and care recruitment agencies in the UK as part of the Bid Management team.

The Job

As Tender/Bid Co-ordinator you will be an essential part of the Bid Management team which is responsible for all aspects of the Bid Management operation. Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with senior business managers to ensure all tender processes and opportunities are identified and undertaken in a professional and compliant manner.
• Liaise with potential clients and colleagues to collate all relevant information for tender completion.
• Write, produce and edit draft documents in line with company requirements.
• Manage the dispatch and distribution of essential tender documents to ensure all deadlines are achieved.
• Develop and maintain a documentation library to support the production of future bids.
• Adhere to company standard and procedures at all times whilst operating within a close knit team to achieve business objectives

The Person

Must possess knowledge and experience of the tender management process understanding what is required to ensure tender completion. The successful candidate must be articulate and organised with a persuasive disposition, an excellent written communication who can identify opportunities and contribute significantly to the entire bid management process. Proactivity, dedication and the ability to think outside of the box are all qualities highly prized and in return you will be a valued member of a successful team within a highly successful organisation.
