The Job

Reporting into the Northern Operations Manager the General Practice Team Manager will be responsible for the operational management of an established team, who place GP’s into public and private sector clients across the UK.  Leading by example the Team Manager will demonstrate strong sales, negotiation and person management skills, which are pivotal to the role, as well as being responsible for sales and marketing budget, staff training, development and strategic business growth. The Team Manager also sits within a highly successful management structure that offers support, guidance and genuine team spirit essential to the success of the team and organisation.

The Person

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within GP recruitment although experience of another healthcare sector may also be considered. Fundamental to this role is the understanding of how to work with GP’s and Practices, understanding their requirements, constraints and the opportunities available, within a highly competitive market that is fragmented across the UK.  The successful candidate must certainly possess the ability to lead, motivate and fully manage a team to be the best they can be, ideally suited to an experienced Manager who is seeking a new challenge or an experienced Team Leader who is looking for the next step in their career.  Communication, passion and proactivity are also characteristics highly prized and in return you will work within a market leading organisation, a superb team environment and receive a competitive package that is generous and lucrative.
