Opportunity to join an established Healthcare recruitment company that provideshealthcare professionals throughout the UK,from a networkof strategicallylocated regional offices.

The Job

Responsibilities of the Team Manager are:

 

  • Recruiting, developing and performance managing a small team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver company objectives and financial targets.
  • Responsible for personal and team financial budget
  • Leading by example, driving new business, renewing client relationship and sustaining existing contracts.
  • Recruitment, selection, attraction and distribution of social care staff through out the team.
  • To ensure the business is fully compliant with all PASA/CQC requirements as well as adhering to all relevant recruitment procedures, ensuring best practice across the team.
  • To ensure positive and consistent communication across the team, championing best practices, company values and the ethos of the business.

The Person

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within Social Care Recruitment, although experience of leading a team within an alternative compliance focused sector would also be considered.  Overall the ability to communicate, inspire and believe in the opportunities available within Social Care are vital skills to bring to the position.

An established Healthcare recruitment company that provides healthcare professionals throughout the UK, from a network of strategically located regional offices.  This organisation is a key provider of Healthcare staff to the NHS, Acute Mental Health providers and Private medical organisations; they are an integral business within a much larger group, therefore benefiting from an established brand and superb back office support.  This client is currently undergoing a period of expansion and internal change therefore requiring a commercially astute Nursing Team Manager to run the Manchester office.

The Package

Salary £25-30K with commission
