The Position

Reporting into the Northern Operations Manager responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, developing and performance managing a team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver company objectives and financial targets.
  • Responsible for team financial budget, setting KPI’s according to Consultant experience.
  • Leading by example, driving new business, maximising client relationship and maintaining existing contracts.
  • Recruitment, selection, attraction and distribution of specialist doctors through out the team.
  • To ensure the business is fully compliant with all PASA requirements as well as adhering to all relevant recruitment procedures, ensuring best practice across the team.
  • To ensure positive and consistent communication across the team, championing best practices, company values and the ethos of the business

The Successful Candidate

Must be able to demonstrate strong people management skills within a recruitment environment, as well as being highly competent in recruitment fundamentals, to ensure effective sales training as and when required.  The successful candidate must able to lead from the front, performance manage to develop employees to be the best they can be and Ideally come from a healthcare background, although experience of other fast paced temporary recruitment environments would definitely be considered.   The successful candidate must also be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, as well as ambitious and committed to developing a team with huge potential.
