The Position

 

Operationally responsible for the West Midlands office, the main objectives of the Registered Manager are:

 

 

  •  To develop the independent living business, penetrating markets, ensuring service delivery to established clients and developing the homecare brand.
  • To assess and deliver client care packages across the region

    To ensure the business is fully compliant with all Care Quality Commission standards and requirements as well as adhering to all relevant recruitment procedures, ensuring best practice across the teams.

    To recruit, train and expand the existing team.

    To performance manage all aspects of the operational business, improving team performance through increased temps, perms and interim business.

    To manage and incorporate legislative and probable changes within the business in accordance with recommended guidelines.

    To ensure positive and consistent communication throughout the team, championing best practice, company values and ethos.

The Successful Candidate

 

Will possess experience of the Care/Domiciliary Care sector, a business approach and understand how to assess and deliver care packages. This position may suit an experienced Team Leader who is seeking the next step in their career or an experienced Registered Manager who is looking for a new challenge.
