Due to part of  strategic expansion our client is looking for a Team Leader to develop a new Social Care Team.

The Job

As part of strategic expansion our client is seeking to employ a Team Leader to develop this new area of business. Reporting into the Managing Director this position involves leading a team of 5, to achieve new business wins and ensure contracted service delivery. As Team Leader you will drive team performance, build excellent client and candidate relationships, remain focused on compliance and ensure all resources are fully utilised. The position requires a passionate and enthusiastic individual who believes in what they can achieve, when supported by an organisation that empowers their employees to be the best they can be.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within the social care or healthcare recruitment sector and be seeking a new opportunity where they can fully utilise their market skills and knowledge. The position would suit a Senior Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced Team Manager/Leader who looking for their ideas and opinions to count. The successful candidate must be articulate, enthusiastic and possess exceptional business acumen with a motivational approach to lead an experienced but newly formed team.

The Company

From their state of the art offices located in Birmingham City Centre our client is embarking on a new adventure to recruit social, healthcare and domiciliary care staff into private and public sector organisations throughout the UK. They have already won a number of very large contracts and are now seeking an experienced Team Leader/Senior Recruitment Consultant to build this exciting new business and service contracted accounts.

The Package

Salary £25-30K

OTE £40K in 1st Year, £60K in 2nd Year
