The Position

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of Recruitment Consultants, maximising on the opportunities for your team, liaising with Hospitals to fill vacancies and day to day management of the team.

The Person

You will be highly motivated, preferably with sector experience or from a public sector recruitment or strong sales background. The successful candidate must be articulate, enthusiastic and driven to succeed, they must believe in what can be achieved and be seeking a position where their hard work and commitment is recognised.
