The Job

Reporting to the Operation Manager the position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of temporary recruitment to join and lead an experienced team.  Strong sales, negotiation and person management skills are pivotal to the role, as well as being responsible for sales budget, staff training, development and strategic business growth. The position also offers excellent career development as new positions will need to be created to support business expansion and market growth.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment, healthcare would be ideal but not essential and be able to demonstrate successful billing, a tenacious approach and a true team spirit.  The successful candidate would ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships and possess a proactive nature with a strong work ethic.  In return for performance and a positive attitude, the successful candidate will benefit from a first class training, a structured career development programme and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking business.

In the next 12 months this business intended to double in size and turnover and as such are seeking a hands Team Leader/Manager to lead business growth.
