The Position

Reporting into the Senior Management team, the Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales as well as the training of junior consultants to develop their understanding of the medical locums market. This is a hands on billing position with full budgetary responsibility and encompasses a large element of team performance management. It is crucial that the successful candidate has an open minded approach and is able to strategically develop new business opportunities. The Team Leader must have a full understanding of compliance issues and company procedures to ensure full service delivery to contracted clients as well as contribute ideas to continually meet business needs.

The Person

Must be a highly competent medical recruiter who can demonstrate excellent candidate and client relationships, lead from the front, and share sector knowledge. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate, as well as ambitious and committed to developing a business with huge potential.
