The Company

An established and highly reputable recruitment organisation that possesses a strong and enviable brand within the healthcare market. Working closely with the NHS and other private healthcare organisations, our client appreciates the need for an innovative and focused approach to deliver quality recruitment solutions in a highly competitive market. In 2010 the business is poised for substantial growth within the Allied Healthcare sector and as such they are seeking an experienced Senior AHP Consultant to lead the team and become the Senior Divisional Manager of the sector.

The Position

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with Senior Managers across the business, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring budgets are achieved, motivating team members to perform, providing advice and guidance where necessary. This is a position where National Framework Contract is at the heart of the business, although continuous new business development is a fundamental, along with candidate attraction campaigns and an open minded approach to day to day activities. The Senior Consultant must also understand compliance and the importance of associated procedures to ensure full service delivery to contracted clients; a creative approach is also required to meet business needs and the ever changing requirements of the market.

The Successful Candidate

Must be able to demonstrate strong AHP recruitment skills and market knowledge, fully understanding the complexities of working with the NHS National Framework and other healthcare clients. The successful candidate must able to lead from the front, possess a strong billing track record and the ability to conduct market and sector analysis to stay ahead of the game. The successful candidate must also be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, as well as ambitious and committed to developing a business with huge potential.
