The Job

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who can work on their own initiative and develop a new desk within the business. Once the desk is established you will be required to recruit a team and manage the department

The Person

The successful candidate will have a successful and proven background within recruitment ideally within a similar sector although other specialist markets will be considered.

Executive Search backgrounds would also be advantageous. Ultimately this would suit someone with management or team leader skills that can get the best from their team to develop and motivate, ensuring that best results are achieved.

My client was established over 4 years ago with skilled entrepreneurs. Having a considerable amount of experience within the recruitment industry they saw an opportunity where they felt there was a gap in the market for professionals within the Engineering, Oil and Gas Markets. Since then they have organically grown rapidly and become established within their field. Due to their success, they are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
