Senior Recruitment Consultant /Recruitment Manager, £25-30K, Skipton, Medical

Exciting opportunity to join a well branded healthcare recruitment organisation, that supplies medical locums to the NHS.

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an established team, that successfully supplies doctors into the NHS, you will be responsible for candidate attraction, compliance and placement of medical locums within the NHS. You will be the driving force behind the PASA contracted team developing long term relationships with doctors and clients who have a medical locum need.  Working closely with the company directors you will be incredibly hands but also influential in the development of the business, you will be fully supported in terms of back office support, compliance and procedures as well contributing to market strategy UK and internationally.  Once targets are achieved and a solid candidate base is established this position will evolve into a management role and a team of consultants will be recruited to take the business to next level.

The Person

Must possess excellent working knowledge of temporary recruitment, the PASA National Contract, associated compliance and the relationship requirements to excel in this sector.  As an experienced Recruiter you may be seeking the next step in your career and relish the opportunity to build a business and develop a team, or you may currently be in a management role and are seeking a new challenge where your efforts and results will be highly rewarded and appreciated.  Regardless of position you must possess a positive outlook, genuine team spirit and passion for healthcare recruitment, displaying a belief and track record in your abilities, essential for succeeding in this exciting and rapidly expanding environment.

The Package

Salary £25-30K dependant on experience.
