The Job

Working with hospitals doctors and the NHS you will be responsible for driving new business, developing client relationships, ensuring contract compliance and managing a marketing budget to optimise candidate attraction. Working closely with the directors you will be incredibly hands on, managing banks of doctors and a national client portfolio to increase revenue. The position will evolve into a team management role, offering excellent career opportunities.

The Person

Must possess excellent working knowledge of the medical locums market, understand the PASA National Contract, associated compliance and the relationship requirements to excel in this sector. As an experienced Medical Recruiter you may be seeking the next step in your career and relish the opportunity to build a business and develop a team, or you may currently be in a management role and are seeking a new challenge where your efforts and results will be highly rewarded and appreciated. The Company

A successful, independent healthcare locum provider that specialise in the supply of GP’s to clients across the UK. Established in 2002 this organisation has gone from strength to strength within the GP sector and has recently expanded into the medical locums market as they are a PASA approved agency. The organisation is looking to take the next step in their expansion and as such is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment to head up the brand new hospital team.
