The Job

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing the manufacturing and technical market, placing industry professionals on salaries of £25K upwards into full time positions across the UK. Managing the full recruitment process, generating new revenue streams and representing a quality niche brand, the Senior Consultant is a high profile individual who is committed to ongoing development and success. The Person

Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement within recruitment and understand the fundamental requirements of recruitment success. Experience of the engineering sector would be beneficial however, experience in related sectors would also be considered. The successful candidate must be a true team player who enjoys face to face sales and thrives in a quality focused, proactive environment.
