Senior Recruitment Consultant Job, Building Services / Architectural - Glasgow, £30-40K (Ref: 10141)

The Job

Reporting into the Divisional Director of the Building Services/Architectural Division, the Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Consultants, generating new revenue, developing the brand and will hold budgetary responsibility for the Glasgow team. The position is responsible for the building services market in Scotland, therefore offering a substantial opportunity for an experienced candidate to utilise experience and knowledge without red-tape and bureaucratic constraints.

The Person

Will ideally come from a Building Services/Architectural Recruitment background however, experience from an associated sector would definitely be considered. The position would suit an experienced Team Leader who is seeking a new challenge or a Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career. Fundamental to the role is the ability to generate business, train, coach and develop a team, as well as working closely with clients to ensure all opportunities are maximised. Leading from the front, the successful candidate will be given support and resources to make their mark and the package on offer will reflect the significance of the position and long term career opportunities available.
