The Job

Working in either the qualified or part qualified markets the Recruitment Consultant will be joining a highly successful team that is committed to partnership working and a bespoke recruitment approach. Responsible for strategic planning, management of the full recruitment process and margin generation you will be encouraged to implement your own ideas and adopt a proactive approach to deliver results.

The Person

Will ideally possess proven track record of achievement within the Accountancy and Finance sector however, recruitment experience within an associated market would also be considered. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and passionate about what they do, thriving on targets and embracing a true team spirit.
