The Company

Since their conception in 2008 our client has developed a brand and built a company that turns over £5 million despite the challenges presented by the economic down turn.  An independent organisation that supplies permanent and interim recruitment solutions to clients across the UK, priding itself on the calibre of individual they employ and the exceptional service they deliver.  2010 marks the start of an aggressive expansion process designed to achieve market leading status and an international presence. In 2012 the company intends to float and as such Senior Consultants who want to fast track their career are required to drive new business and champion new brands.

The Position

As Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultants you will be required to drive new business and proactively manage the full recruitment process working within the following sectors:

  • Human Resources
  • Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Energy & Renewables
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Healthcare and Biotechnology
  • FMCG
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Professional Services
  • Commercial

As your market develops and becomes financially viable teams will be recruited to cease the opportunities available. Ultimately the brand leaders recruited in 2010 will be the Directors of the future, directly responsible for your own success

The Successful Candidate

Must be dedicated and possess a proven track record of working within a specified vertical market and have ideally billed at least 170K in 2009.  The successful candidates must be proactive, progressive and ambitious for success, able to formulate a business strategy and maximise the opportunities available with their niche
