Our client is therefore offering the exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to head up and launch the Education division.

The Position

The Senior Consultant/Divisional Head will have responsibility for proactively managing and developing the Education desk, driving new business, developing client relationships, ensuring necessary compliance and managing a marketing budget to optimise candidate attraction.  Working closely with the directors you will be incredibly hands on, managing banks of Teachers and associated staff to generate revenue so that the business can expand and develop a reputable presence with the market.  This position will evolve into a management role and the successful candidate will have responsibility for recruiting a team across several levels, therefore offering significant career opportunity and financial rewards.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role you must possess a natural drive to succeed, excellent sales and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to an ever changing working environment. A proven track record in Education recruitment is essential as well as possessing in-depth understanding of the Education market.  This position offers the chance for an experienced Consultant or Team Leader to fully utilise their knowledge and skills within a dynamic environment, ultimately evolving into a Management role, becoming the Divisional Head of an incredibly ambitious and progressive organisation.
