The Position

A highly motivated, enthusiastic and successful education recruiter is required to join the 12 strong team as a Senior Consultant to run a secondary education desk.

The position involves generating new business with schools in the West and South West London regions, establishing and nurturing positive working relationships with clients and teachers, managing the recruitment process, working to KPI’s and interviewing teachers face to face.  In addition to these duties the role also involves adhering to compliancy requirements, the continual development of market knowledge and the proactive management of both teacher recruitment and school marketing campaigns.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role you must be driven, proactive, creative and possess the desire to succeed, both individually and as part of a team. Recruitment experience within the Education sector is essential as is the ability to work to targets, develop business and demonstrate a positive outgoing nature.
