The Position

As a Senior Consultant within an established team you will be responsible for developing business opportunities within commercial markets – always mindful of company brand.  You will manage the full 360 interim recruitment cycle, developing strong working relationships with candidates and clients due to your consultative approach and in-depth sector knowledge. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be required to continually investigate and learn about key market drivers and develop an active presence within an market of your choosing, capitalising on your interests, knowledge and industry contacts. This position will also lead to Team Management, building a team in line with your performance and market expansion. 

The Successful Candidate

Doesn’t have to be an experienced Recruitment professionals but you must be able to demonstrate high financial revenue generation within a specialist market, be genuinely interested in entering the sector and ideally be leading a team, ready to take the next step in your career.  The successful candidate must  be articulate, confident, commercially aware and able to strategically sell at a senior level, always understanding the importance of value driven relationships, with a network of contacts to add credence to the role.  Commitment, work ethic and the ability to take ownership are also qualities highly prized and in return you will work within an organisation that continuously rewards, develops and trains employees for long term career progression and personal development.
