A major force in the IT recruitment industry seeks a Senior Recruiter.

The Job

Working in a team of 6 specialising in either IT Infrastructure, Telco or SDLC markets for a widely respected major IT recruitment agency. You will be given the autonomy to develop a desk, team & in the long term a division, carry out the full 360 recruitment process and expected to deliver to & exceed targets and expectations

The Person

A proven IT recruiter working in either the Infrastructure/ Telco or Software Development market, with at least 2 years industry experience.

You must be highly skilled in the full 360 recruitment process, be adept at generating & winning new business and building effective long term client & candidate relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a good reputation within the marketplace, be looking to move on to a company who can offer more progression & reward than where they are currently and be highly motivated & hungry for success. This role is a senior recruitment role but ideally the candidate will be fast tracked to team leader in 12/18months dependant on performance.
