The Position

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Adult Social Care sector. You will manage the full 360 interim recruitment cycle, developing strong and highly credible working relationships with candidates and clients due to your consultative approach and in-depth sector knowledge. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be required to continually investigate and learn about key social care issues and policy, building a network of candidates and clients who possess a genuine need for an interim solution.

The Successful Candidate

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within contract or interim recruitment and have a genuine interest of working within the social care sector.  The successful candidate must also be articulate, confident, commercially aware and able to strategically sell at a senior level, always understanding the importance of value driven relationships, with a network of contacts to add credence to the role.  Commitment, work ethic and the ability to take ownership are also qualities highly prized and in return you will work within an organisation that continuously rewards, develops and trains employees for long term career progression and personal development.
