Exciting opportunity within Bristol or Manchester for a Senior Financial Recruiter

The Job

As a Senior Consultant within an established team you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Financial Sector – always mindful of company brand.  You will manage the full 360 interim recruitment cycle, developing strong working relationships with candidates and clients due to your consultative approach and in-depth sector knowledge. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be required to continually investigate and learn about key financial services drivers and develop an active presence within the market place.

The Person

Must possess in depth knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, ideally working within a recruitment capacity and be able to demonstrate high billing performance within the past two years.  The successful candidate must also be articulate, confident, commercially aware and able to strategically sell at a senior level, always understanding the importance of value driven relationships, with a network of contacts to add credence to the role.  Commitment, work ethic and the ability to take ownership are also qualities highly prized and in return you will work within an organisation that continuously rewards, develops and trains employees for long term career progression and personal development.
