Senior Recruitment Consultant required to join an independent provider of permanent IT and Supply Chain professionals

The Job

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant managing the both the candidate and client experience, you will be required to drive new business within either the IT, Supply Chain or Senior Appointments markets, capitalising on the success achieved within the business so far.  Your experience and knowledge will be welcomed and your opinions listened to, as this is a position where you can influence what you do and how you do it, as well as contributing to company growth and strategic business direction.

The Person

Must possess in depth knowledge and understanding of IT, Supply Chain or Senior Appointment sectors or possess a solid recruitment track record and a genuine desire to transfer recruitment markets. The successful candidate must also be articulate, confident and commercially aware, able to strategically sell and operate successfully as part of a close working team.  In return for individual financial success and team contribution you will be highly valued within a rapidly expanding business and rewarded with a strategic career plan and lucrative bonus.

Salary £22-26K dependant on experience
