Fantastic opportunity to join an established independent provider of recruitment solutions within the Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistical recruitment markets, currently turning over circa £5 million per annum and seeking to substantially grow within the next 12 months. 

The Job

As Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the skilled trades’ desk, developing new business within an established team.  You will be required to manage the full requirements process, contribute new ideas and lead by example, identifying new business opportunities and demonstrating a proactive approach.

The Person

Must possess at least 18 months experience of working within technical, engineering or Petrochem recruitment environments and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of billing.  The successful candidate must also relish the challenge and opportunities available within the skilled trades market, possessing excellent communication skills and a tenacious nature to succeed within the role.  In return for hard work, financial achievements and commitment to the team you will be rewarded with a competitive basic, excellent commission, mobile, pension and 25 days annual leave.
