Dynamic company working predominantly with European Blue Chip clients in the areas of Supply Chain, Renewable Energy & Construction require a recruitment consultant to join them.

The Job

My client is looking for recruiters with industry experience in Supply Chain, Renewable Energy or Construction to join their growing team, high billers looking to move into a new sector would also be considered. Working a full 360 role, you would be establishing your own desk to develop & maximise the opportunities of existing accounts, bring on new clients & secure long term business. Working at a senior level placing both contract & permanent resources into positions of 30K plus. The role offers excellent long term progression into team management and beyond for the right candidates

The Person

With proven sector knowledge & the ambition, drive and dedication to forge a leading reputation, this role is ideally suited to a strong recruiter with 2+ years experience who is looking for a company who would push, challenge & support into becoming first class relationship builders, negotiators and highly successful senior recruiters. With a consultative management approach, you would be working closely with the MD’s to utilise the market & bill to your full potential. Senior recruiters would be given the freedom & backing to set up new desks and investigate new market areas, with the long term vision of leading their own division.

Ability to work at a senior level, identify opportunities and effectively close tough deals are essential for success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven & self motivated recruiter looking for the next step in their career.
