A successful, independent healthcare locum provider that specialise in the supply of medical professionals to clients across the UK.   Established 2 years ago this organisation has gone from strength to strength, developing a superb reputation, national client base and strong candidate attraction programme.  In 2010 company growth is the number one priority with an ambitious employee expansion plan to achieve strategic goals. A Senior Nurses Consultant/Manager is therefore required to compliment existing markets and head up the development of a new division.

The Position

Working with nurses on a temporary basis, in the first instance, the NHS and private clients, you will be responsible for driving new business, developing client relationships, ensuring legislative compliance and managing a marketing budget to optimise candidate attraction.  Working closely with the directors you will be incredibly hands on, managing banks of nurses and a national client portfolio to increase revenue. The position will evolve into a Management role, ultimately becoming Divisional Head of an incredibly ambitious and progressive organisation.

The Successful Candidate

Must possess excellent working knowledge of the locum nursing market, understand how to work with both public and private clients, adhering to associated compliance and the relationship requirements to excel in this sector.  As an experienced Nursing Recruiter you may be seeking the next step in your career, relishing the opportunity to build a business and implement your own ideas, or you may currently be in a management role and are seeking a new challenge where your efforts and results will be highly rewarded and appreciated.  Regardless of position you must possess a positive outlook, genuine team spirit and passion for healthcare recruitment, displaying a belief and track record in your abilities, essential for succeeding in this exciting new role.
