The Position

As the Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for new business development into existing clients across the North West. You will undertake the full recruitment role whilst also mentoring and developing a Junior Consultant, reporting into the London office with KPI and financial information. The position requires a successful Consultant who understands the IT market, working individually to achieve personal goals and targets but always ensuring a team approach, cross selling and communicating with colleagues for ensure company business objectives.

The Successful Candidate

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within IT recruitment, ideally at least 5 years experience and be seeking a new opportunity where you can fully utilise your market skills and knowledge. The position would suit a Senior Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career or a Managing Consultant who looking for their ideas and opinions to count. The successful candidate must be articulate, enthusiastic and driven to succeed, you must believe in the opportunities available within IT and be seeking a position where your hard work and commitment is recognised.
