Developing Education desk requires a proactive Senior Consultant/Team Leader

The Job

The Senior Consultant/Team Leader will have responsibility for proactively managing and developing the Education desk, driving new business, developing client relationships, ensuring necessary compliance and managing a marketing budget to optimise candidate attraction. Working closely with the directors you will be incredibly hands on, managing banks of Teachers and associated staff to generate revenue so that the business can expand and develop a reputable presence with the market. This position will evolve into a management role and the successful candidate will have responsibility for recruiting a team across several sites, therefore offering significant career opportunity and financial rewards

The Person

To be successful in this role candidate must possess a natural drive to succeed, excellent sales and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to an ever changing working environment. A proven track record in Education recruitment is essential as well as possessing in-depth understanding of the Education market. This position offers the chance for an experienced Consultant or Team Leader to fully utilise their knowledge and skills within a dynamic environment, that will listen to ideas and reward considerably for business success.

The successful candidate will be paid over market rates and provided with an excellent benefits package to reflect their position and knowledge within the business.

The Package

Salary £30-45K depending on experience.
