Exciting opportunity to join an established Executive Search & Selection organisation with a well founded reputation within the FMCG & Retail sectors.

The Job

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with them, you will be responsible for attracting senior FMCG and Retail candidates whose salaries average 100K per annum. The position is candidate facing, identifying appropriately skilled individuals through effective networking and head hunt strategies, occasionally attending client meets to fully understand assignment briefs. This position is a new role that would initially be the first person within a Hertfordshire based team; the position offers significant opportunity for advancement continually evolving as presence, credibility and track record is achieved.

The Person

Will already possess a proven track record of achievement placing Senior Executive candidates into full time positions, highly capable of researching, identifying and approaching individuals in a professional and credible manner. Experience of FMCG or Retail recruitment would be highly desirable however, experience of alternative sectors would also be considered. Drive, determination and a proactive demeanour are personal qualities highly prized as well as superb communication skills and an enthusiasm for Executive Search that demonstrate a hunger to succeed.
