Unique opportunity to join an established medical recruitment company that provides healthcare professionals throughout the UK from their central London offices.


The Company

An established medical recruitment company that provides healthcare professionals throughout the UK, from their central London offices.  This organisation is a key provider of medical staff to the NHS, Acute Mental Health providers and Private medical organisations; they are an integral business within a much larger group, therefore benefiting from an established brand and superb back office support.  This client is currently undergoing a period of expansion and as a result requires an International Development Resourcing Consultant.

The Position

As a Resourcer your remit will be to develop and increase the database, this will involve travelling to screen candidates, as well as attending open days and expo’s in all source countries. You will be the international face of the organisation, building relationships with regulatory bodies and associations in source countries to increase the visibility of the brand. Responsibilities will include implementing innovative means of attracting and retaining international candidates, tracking the progress of applicants in different countries and dealing with immigration requirements. You will have the support and backing of an established brand within the market however, candidate attraction will be your responsibility, fully utilising all recruitment channels available

The Successful Candidate

Will have a medical or medical recruitment background, highly adept at building effective working relationships, with a professional approach. As the successful candidate you must possess an understanding of healthcare recruitment and the associated administration.

The ideal candidate will be highly pro-active and enthusiastic, with a strong drive to succeed. You will have excellent communications skills and a confident, personable approach. It is essential that you are able to travel overseas, sometimes at short notice.
