The Job

The Resourcer responsibilities include; proactively sourcing high calibre individuals often from recommendations and from networking contacts as well as generating candidates from database searches both of the in house database and external web based CV search sites. The role will encompass detailed research to formulate target company lists to identify relevant individuals whom the Resourcer may be asked to approach to gain a level of interest in any available position.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be highly methodical, of graduate calibre and with a well organised and meticulous approach. They must have a fresh and positive attitude and be willing to be flexible and to learn. This role would suit someone looking for their first role within recruitment or someone who wishes to forge a career within the Resourcing sphere.

The Company

They have already won a number of very large contracts and are now seeking professional Resourcers to help to build this exiting new business and to service these accounts.
