Research Consultant Job, All Sectors - Yorkshire, £18-30K (Ref: Rec2Rec5GRc)

As a Research Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing and approaching high calibre professionals from a broad spectrum of markets.  In the first instance you will assess the individuals by telephone against a competency framework developing, ‘best practice’ and in-depth knowledge of many sectors and fuctions. You will invest time developing candidate relationships to build contact with top quartile individuals and as part of a strategic approach to resourcing and retaining the best people for any role. A key element of your role will be the design and implementation of search strategy to an agreed timetable, producing as required, the best possible longlist of interested parties.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate, ideally of graduate calibre, will possess a proven track record in research or resourcing, although a successful career in related sectors may also be considered.
