The Job

Operationally responsible for an instrumental regional office, the main objectives of the Registered Manager are:

 

  • To develop the healthcare business, penetrating healthcare markets, ensuring service delivery to established clients and developing the healthcare brand.
  • To ensure the business is fully compliant with all Care Quality Commission standards and requirements as well as adhering to all relevant recruitment procedures, ensuring best practice across the teams.
  • To recruit, train and expand the existing team
  • To performance manage all aspects of the operational business, improving team performance through increased temps, perms and interim business.
  • To manage and incorporate legislative and probable changes within the business in accordance with recommended guidelines
  • To ensure positive and consistent communication throughout the team, championing best practice, company values and ethos.

The Person

Will possess a NMC pin number or AHP qualification, a business approach and ideally understand the fundamentals of sales recruitment. This position may suit an experienced Team Leader who is seeking the next step in their career or an experienced Registered Manager who is looking for a new challenge.  Passion, drive and the desire to succeed through continued best practice and a proactive approach, are qualities essential to this pivotal new role and in return you will receive a competitive package and the chance to work within a responsive organisation, which values the ideas and opinions of all its employees.
