The Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CSCI Manager to utilise their skills and business knowledge within a within a rapidly growing organisation.  The position is pivotal to the future success of the business and offers the opportunity to influence and contribute in an environment that welcomes new ideas.

 Responsibilities include:

To continually develop policies, standards and guidelines for the provision of Nursing & Domiciliary care to public and private sector clients.

Manage the provision of nursing agency staff according to contractual agreements and associated legislation, whilst also managing the service delivery, optimising profitability and contracted fill rates

Manage team performance through effective use of on the job coaching, targets, personal development plans and budgetary information.  Leading by example and creating a motivational atmosphere to encourage team members to be the best they can be.

Manage the agency procurement process, responsible for all communication, supply and procurements issues.

Identify new business opportunities, driving new business  in line with company objectives

Manage company information to improve business performance and client services

 The Successful Candidate:

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within health, social care or domiciliary care recruitment and must certainly understand the CSCI compliance required to supply within this sector.  The position would suit an experienced Branch Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Team Leader who is looking to make a difference and make the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and adapt to a frequently changing environment.
