The Position

Operationally responsible for the Wirral office, the main objectives of the Registered Manager for the provision of Complex Care Services within the community and home are:

• To develop the independent living business, penetrating markets, ensuring service delivery to established clients and developing the homecare brand.
• To risk assess, review and deliver client care packages across the region
• To ensure the business is fully compliant with all Care Quality Commission standards striving to achieve 3 star CQC rating
• To recruit, train and expand the existing team
• To manage and incorporate legislative and probable changes within the business in accordance with recommended guidelines

To ensure positive and consistent communication throughout the team, championing best practice, company values and ethos

The Successful Candidate

Will possess experience of the Care/Domiciliary Care sector or be an adult or paediatric nurse with current pin and experience of service delivery and business development.  The position calls for Passion, drive and the desire to succeed through continued best practice and a proactive approach and in return you will receive a competitive package and the chance to work within a responsive organisation, which values the ideas and opinions of all its employees.
