The Company

Our client is a leading Health & Care recruitment provider with offices located throughout the UK. Their success is founded on the delivery of quality staffing solutions and the continuous development of the people they employ. As a company they are at the forefront of their sector and as a result of rapid expansion they are seeking to employ Recruitment Consultants to work within their Qualified Social Care Division.

The Position

• Recruiting, developing and performance managing a small team of consultants and administration to deliver company KPI's
• Responsible for personal and team financial budget
• Leading from the front, driving new business, renewing client relationship and sustaining existing contracts.
• Implementing and adhering legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the healthcare sector.
• Recruitment, selection and distribution of social care staff through out the team.
• Business development and evaluation to maximise all business opportunities and maintain market awareness of competitor activity

The Successful Candidate

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within the Social care recruitment and either be experienced in leading a team or understand the fundamentals of team management. The position would suit an experienced recruitment Team Manager (from another temporary recruitment sector) who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Senior Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, hands on and able to lead by example, behaviour instrumental in business growth.
