The Job

As a Team Leader managing a team of successful Recruitment Consultants you will be responsible for coaching, developing and motivating employees to achieve targets and financial results through effective performance management and a positive working environment.  Leading by example and adopting a hands on approach the Team Leader must be able to bill as and when required, build strong working relationships with clients and deliver a quality service, continually mindful of overall business objectives.

The Person

Will ideally possess healthcare recruitment experience, although a proven track record of new business achievement within another recruitment sector would also be considered.  The position would suit an experienced Team Leader/Manager who is seeking a new challenge or a Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career.  Fundamental to the role is the ability to generate business, train, coach and develop a team, as well as closely working with clients to ensure all opportunities are maximised. The successful candidate must also be an excellent communicator who is open to change and who can offer ideas to benefits the business as a whole.
