Recruitment Team Leader Job, Healthcare (NHS Nursing), Watford, £27-£35K

An exciting recruitment career opportunity to be at the leading edge of a new service within the NHS. You will take a lead role in business development and contract management, working nationally within a new Interim Nursing Service. Working closely with the Department Head, you will manage, develop and deliver the day to day operation of this service.

The Successful Candidate

Experience in the recruitment agency sector ideally in a nursing/medical field would be a distinct advantage. Would also suit a self-motivated Registered Nurse who has the drive and commercial acumen to succeed in a fast moving and developing environment. You should demonstrate a positive understanding of the interim nursing market and show effective decision making skills. The position does include the requirement for extensive travel throughout the UK to manage ongoing relationships with other NHS Trusts.
