The Job

Leading from the front, driving forward new business, renewing client relationship and sustaining existing contracts.

Implementing and adhering legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the healthcare sector.

Recruitment, selection and distribution of social care staff through out the team.

Business development and evaluation to maximise all business opportunities and maintain market awareness of competitor activity.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within social care recruitment, although experience within any temporary health or care recruitment environment may also be considered. The position would suit an experienced Team Leader who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an experienced Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve, understand the importance of compliance and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.
