The Job

Reporting into the board and working closely with the Senior Management team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operation across AHP’s, doctors and other healthcare divisions, to ensure budgets are achieved and all team members are performing. This is a position where training, staff development, performance management and an open minded approach are crucial factors in day to day activity, although strategic business development would also form part of the role. The Sales Manager must also understand compliance and company procedures to ensure full service delivery to contracted clients as well as contribute ideas to continually meet business needs.

The Person

Must be able to demonstrate strong people management skills within a recruitment environment, as well as being highly competent in recruitment fundamentals, to ensure effective sales training as and when required. The successful candidate must be able to lead from the front, performance manage to develop employees to be the best they can be and ideally come from a healthcare background, although experience of other fast paced temporary recruitment environments would definitely be considered. The successful candidate must also be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, as well as ambitious and committed to developing a business with huge potential.
