Recruitment Quality Improvement Manager Job, Social Care - N. West, Midlands, E. Anglia & Herts, £28K (Rec2Rec25QIM)


The position would suit an experienced Branch or Quality Manager who is seeking a new challenge

The Job

As part of the Quality Development team you will be responsible for ensuring branch network compliance across a specified geographical area

 

Responsibilities include:  

  • To assess individual branch compliance, conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with CSCI regulations, requirements and recommendations.
  • To prepare clear and concise audit reports (with clear recommendations for improvements), communicating clearly the required actions and timescales to the Management Team.
  • To work closely with the Senior Development Manager in developing continuous improvement models for CSCI, ISO9000 and other relevant kite marks.
  • To ensure operational processes are standardised and delivered consistently across the group

The Person

Must possess excellent knowledge of working within the social care environment and fully understand the complexities of delivering compliant care services within a commercial setting. The successful candidate would ideally come from the social care recruitment background and have a proven track record of partnership working, delivering quality, motivating and developing people, as well as experience in budgetary control. The position would suit an experienced Branch or Quality Manager who is seeking a new challenge and would relish the chance to work in a multi-site capacity. Excellent communication and IT skills are also fundamental to the role and in return you can be part of a committed team and develop your career within a forward thinking organisation.
