The Job

Reporting into the Operations Director, the Recruitment Manager will operate within the Healthcare Sector (public and private) and will be responsible for building a new perms team to compliment existing team structures.  The position would involve continued business development and brand promotion as well as managing a team budget, strategic business planning and creative candidate marketing.  The Recruitment Manager would always lead form the front, responsible for their own personal billing, performance managing consultants and identifying team training and development needs.

The Person

Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement within recruitment although knowledge of how to work with the healthcare sector (private or public) is also important.  The opportunity may suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced Team Manager who is looking for a new challenge and genuinely finds healthcare an area of interest.  Candidate qualities that are highly prized are enthusiasm, drive and a passion for recruitment, as well as the desire to progress one’s career within an organisation that proactively champions change to deliver business objectives.  In return for hard work and business growth the Recruitment Manager will receive a competitive basic salary, generous commission structure and excellent career development.

The Package

  • £28-35K Basic Salary (dependant on experience)
  • OTE £60-80K
